'Thy Kingdom Come' Prayer Day

‘Thy Kingdom Come’ was an invitation from the Archbishops’ of Canterbury and York last year to the Church of England to pray between Ascension and Pentecost for more people to come to know Jesus Christ, and is now a an international and
ecumenical call to prayer, about praying for people we know – our friends, our family, our neighbours and our work colleagues.

All Saints’ Parish Church, Old Glossop Saturday 3rd June 10am – 4pm
During the day – time for quiet prayer Prayer Stations
10.00am - Morning Prayer /
12noon - Mothers’ Union Prayers
4.00pm Evening Prayers

Fund Raising


We are all involved in raising money for maintaining the fabric of the church building.

In addition we support charities such as Chernobyl, Women's Aid, Christie's Young Oncology, Christian Aid, Willow Wood Hospice, Macmillan Nurses and Glossop Mountain Rescue.
